1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 4six platform and its users. 4six is an online gaming platform that provides slots, cricket betting, fishing games, and live casino services for adult users in Bangladesh.

By using the 4six website, app, or any digital service, you declare that:

• You are an adult of at least 21 years of age.
• You are creating an account in your own name and for your own use.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, identity document, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If 4six detects such activity, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized activity detected on the account must be reported to the 4six support team immediately. 4six is not liable for losses caused by third parties.

2.3 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or renting an account to any other person is strictly prohibited. A violation of this condition will result in the immediate closure of the account.

3 Age Verification & Identity

As a responsible gaming platform, 4six treats age verification as its highest priority. Every account holder must confirm their identity and age.

3.1 Age Limit

For users aged 21 and above only. If the verification process confirms that a user is under 21 years of age, the associated account will be closed immediately and any bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

4six may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. Verification may be required before a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended if the required documents are not provided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 4six is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The name on the payment method must match the account name at the time of deposit — deposits made in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 4six platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus benefits apply once only and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Meeting the specified wagering requirements is mandatory before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Account verification must be complete to withdraw funds won using a bonus.
• 4six reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 4six may investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.

5.4 VIP Program

The 4six VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation.

6 Gaming Rules

Users must follow the rules below when participating on 4six:

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the platform are operated using technically certified Random Number Generators (RNG). 4six is committed to ensuring fair play standards. Results of games affected by a technical error or system failure may be declared void.

6.2 Sports Betting

4six's current market rules apply when participating in cricket betting, football, and other sports markets. 4six reserves the right to void bets in the event of a change in match outcome or specified conditions.

6.3 Live Casino

The rules of the specific game operator apply when participating in live casino games. In the event of a disconnection due to a technical issue, the game provider's logs will be considered final in determining the outcome of the ongoing round.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4six platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to exploit system or game vulnerabilities.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other players to gain fraudulent advantage.
• Transacting funds on the platform that originate from illegal sources.
• Betting systematically with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are detected, 4six may close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 At the User's Request

Any user may request to voluntarily close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be returned via the designated payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

8.2 At 4six's Initiative

4six may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Violation of laws or regulations.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Responsible Gaming

4six's maximum liability in any single incident is limited to the account balance of the user concerned at that time.

12 Changes to Terms

4six reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Users will be duly notified before any changes take effect — typically via a notice on the platform or by registered email.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request that your account be closed.

If any clause of these terms becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.
